The Rencontres Capitales are the great international debate of ideas of the Institut de France, which takes place at the Institut de France and in which the Académie française, the Académie des Inscriptions et belles-lettres, the Académie des beaux-arts, the Académie des sciences morales et politiques, the Bibliothèque Mazarine, the Académie des technologies and the Académie nationale de médecine will take part.
